Viaplay migrates to AI-enabled scheduling-as-a-service

Combining cloud-native AI-enabled automation and scheduling technology from Op2mise.ai with managed operations via Encompass' centralised media operations centre in Riga, the solution delivers scheduling-as-a-service, aiming to simplify workflows, improve efficiency and allow Viaplay to adapt to changing requirements.
